Edward Burtynsky vs Chris Jordan
This question came to mind while I was checking out the Chris Jordan exhibition at AMOA and seeing Burtynsky’s, China on the reading table. Burtynsky had been making work decades before Chris Jordan stopped practicing law and jumped into contemporary photography. As a former big time lawyer Chris Jordan does some digging with a camera. I am partial to Burtynsky’s ability to keep his images social. Although, they are both making amazing work!
